DHL Global Forwarding – Industrial Projects  , has been awarded a five year contract for the General Freight Forwarding Services for the BP operated assets in Azerbaijan,Georgia and Turkey.

We are currently looking for an experienced Customs Broker to join our Baku office.

Core Duties

 Ability to manage high volume workload and keep to deadlines
 Accurate and timely data entry
 Track & Trace customs files and reporting
 Understand all the elements of the import and export customs desk level operating procedure
 Transfer customs declaration information from documents , into customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration
 Assist with verification of customs declaration information and the submission of such to the customs authority
 Prepare and process import/export documentation according to customs regulations , laws,or procedures.
 Coordinate regulatory documentation activities

Candidate Criteria:

 Strong Operational & Supervisory Experience
 Knowledge of International Logistics
 Pragmatic, process driven
 Excellent administrative skills, IT literate
 More than than 5 years working experience.
