Responsibilities:                                           

- Closely working with customer, assisting them with inquiries on quotations and customs clearance
- Arrange transportation and forwarding services for all orders to ensure material is delivered as per schedule                          
- Monitoring cargo movement  through the tracking system, receive shipments and ensure both quality and quantity
- Dispatch freight for delivery and arrange for pick-ups
- Contact carrier representative to make arrangements and issue shipping instructions and delivery of materials
- Maintain communication with Warehouse staff to ensure proper working order
- Organize files electronically, ensure all back-up documents are available, files been charged and passed to Accounting on time
- Prepare customs documentation, Transmittal Notes and ensure that shipments meet all applicable laws to facilitate the import and export of goods
- Request or compile necessary import documentation, such as customs invoices, certificates of origin and cargo-control documents
- Monitor Responsible Storage, import/export customs clearance, manage all documents in relation to customs clearance
- Liaising with customs brokers on cargo clearance with Customs

Required skills/experience

- University degree;
- At least 3 years of experience in a relevant field;
- Strong Operational Experience
- Knowledge of HSSE , load restraint, packaging , hazardous materials
- Knowledge of Aviation industry,  and carrier schedules and cargo capacities per carrier/aircraft.
- Knowledge of oil & gas materials.
- Attention to details with shipping documentations and Azerbaijan customs procedures.
- Tactful & Persuasive
- Ability to summarize issues and provide clarity in writing on how to resolve.
- Very good command of English, Azeri and Russian
- Technical skills: MS Office, 1C, MS Excel, MS Word;
- Being well organized with excellent time management skills;
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
