Job title: Personal Assistant
Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
Our requirements:
• Bachelor Degree
• Minimum one year experience in similar position.
• Fluent Azerbaijani, English and Russian.
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines;
• Good organizational and time management skills;
• Ability to research and submit materials clearly and concisely;
• Flexibility;
• Attention to details.
Key accountabilities:
• devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
• arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take minutes of meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations;
• screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
• organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
• dealing with incoming emails, facsimile messages and posts, often on behalf of the manager;
• producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
• organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings.
