Key accountabilities:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction;
  • Conduct research to understand clients, their goals, needs, interests and identify new growth opportunities and market itself;
  • Develop current products/services as well as initiate new services/products if needed;
  • Maintain various client related activities: meeting with clients (students or their parents), organizing follow up activities, conducting research to provide them with the most relevant choices and recommendations and delivering results according the clients’ requests;
  • Support students with visa pre-admission, admission and post-admission services (consulting, visa support, assisting with accommodation, university selection and various related activities);
  • Control all related functions for sustainable growth of Education Abroad sphere –  strong after-sales support for positive customer satisfaction for on-going clients, customer service for potential clients, quality of the communication, quality of the product that company delivers, etc; be in touch with reality and keep in close contact with key stakeholders;
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ needs/insights;
  • Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team;
  • Support ITP &  Foreign Languages department with other related activities if needed;
  • Work with local and foreign partners – universities, high schools, language courses, embassies etc: strengthen current partnerships and develop future ones; 
  • Support Marketing Department with development and implementaton of Education Abroad related initiatives;
  • Follow other recommendations of management.                                                            

Our requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijani, Russian and English;
  • Excellent Office programs skills;
  • Strong administration and communication skills

Working Сonditions:

  • 5-day working week, 2 days off per week;
  • Documentation according to AR Labor Legislation
