Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all supply chain processes, including product purchasing, warehousing and planning;
  • Develop and implement strategies for the purchase of commercial products;
  • Optimize and control stock levels to ensure availability and cost-efficiency;
  • Maintain and improve service levels (Service Level);
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to prepare accurate demand forecasts;
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and partners, leading negotiations;
  • Optimize supply chain costs and ensure efficient process management;
  • Lead, manage, and develop the supply chain team.

Requirements:

  • Higher education in Logistics, Economics, Management, or a related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in supply chain and product purchasing is required;
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management, demand forecasting;
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills;
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills;
  • Proficiency in Excel, ERP/MRP, and relevant software;
  • High-level English proficiency (both written and spoken) is required;
  • Fluency in Russian is a plus.
