Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all supply chain processes, including product purchasing, warehousing and planning;
- Develop and implement strategies for the purchase of commercial products;
- Optimize and control stock levels to ensure availability and cost-efficiency;
- Maintain and improve service levels (Service Level);
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to prepare accurate demand forecasts;
- Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and partners, leading negotiations;
- Optimize supply chain costs and ensure efficient process management;
- Lead, manage, and develop the supply chain team.
Requirements:
- Higher education in Logistics, Economics, Management, or a related field;
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in supply chain and product purchasing is required;
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management, demand forecasting;
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills;
- Strong negotiation and communication skills;
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP/MRP, and relevant software;
- High-level English proficiency (both written and spoken) is required;
- Fluency in Russian is a plus.
