Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new B2B client opportunities across key verticals
- Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing excellent service, upselling new solutions, and ensuring contract renewals
- Develop strategic plans to target high-potential leads and key accounts in specific regions
- Manage current clients’ orders and make sure keep pre-selling
- Schedule and lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Work with operations teams to create customized proposals
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM documentation
- Track customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams to improve client satisfaction
Required:
- 1+ years experience in B2B sales, operation management, account management, or business development
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong presentation and proposal writing abilities
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., GHL)
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and ownership
