Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close new B2B client opportunities across key verticals
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing excellent service, upselling new solutions, and ensuring contract renewals
  • Develop strategic plans to target high-potential leads and key accounts in specific regions
  • Manage current clients’ orders and make sure keep pre-selling
  • Schedule and lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Work with operations teams to create customized proposals
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM documentation
  • Track customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams to improve client satisfaction

Required:

  • 1+ years experience in B2B sales, operation management, account management, or business development 
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong presentation and proposal writing abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., GHL)
  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and ownership
