Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for Systemair products and solutions.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers.
- Expand the customer base by exploring new sales opportunities and contributing to business growth.
- Manage the entire sales process, including customer relationship management and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market analysis, understand customer requirements, and create targeted sales strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance to meet sales targets.
- Strengthen customer and partner relationships, ensuring Systemair’s brand is well-represented.
Candidate Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, ideally within the HVAC or related industries.
- Experience or education in HVAC (engineering, energy, mechanical, or related fields) is required.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze markets, understand customer needs, and propose effective solutions.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach to achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian (knowledge of all three languages is an advantage).
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is preferred.
