Salary – depending on the skills of a candidate.
Work Location – Qafqaz Business Center. H.Aliyev pr 95
You will be required to perform the following:
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Answering phone calls, taking messages or forwarding calls to appropriate staff member.
- Incoming and outgoing mail handling. Reviewing, sorting and distribute the mail to the respective recipients.
- Performing documentation works, both electronic and paper. When requested, searching for and compile requested material from the databases.
- Assisting in Logistics and Finance department tasks
- Knowledge of Languages: English (intermediate), Azerbaijani (fluent), Russian (advantage)
- Computer skills: MS Office, Outlook
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Team spirit; Solid understanding of filing systems
- Knowledge of general office procedures
- A strong work ethic
- Integrity and professionalism.
