Work Location – Qafqaz Business Center. H.Aliyev pr 95

You will be required to perform the following:

  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Answering phone calls, taking messages or forwarding calls to appropriate staff member.
  • Incoming and outgoing mail handling. Reviewing, sorting and distribute the mail to the respective recipients.
  • Performing documentation works, both electronic and paper. When requested, searching for and compile requested material from the databases.
  • Assisting in Logistics and Finance department tasks
  • Knowledge of Languages: English (intermediate), Azerbaijani (fluent), Russian (advantage)
  • Computer skills: MS Office, Outlook

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal communications skills
  • Team spirit; Solid understanding of filing systems
  • Knowledge of general office procedures
  • A strong work ethic
  • Integrity and professionalism.
