Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations
- Understand clients' business objectives and identify opportunities to align our products and services with their needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives
- Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and renewal documents to clients
- Monitor and analyze client usage patterns and provide insights to inform product development and marketing strategies
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
Required skills:
- Language skills: Azerbaijani (fluent), English (fluent), Russian (good)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to work with 1 C 8.3
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A passion for technology and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer success roles, preferably in the technology sector
