Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations
  • Understand clients' business objectives and identify opportunities to align our products and services with their needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives
  • Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and renewal documents to clients
  • Monitor and analyze client usage patterns and provide insights to inform product development and marketing strategies
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments

Required skills:

  • Language skills: Azerbaijani (fluent), English (fluent), Russian (good)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to work with 1 C 8.3
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A passion for technology and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt

Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration or relevant field
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer success roles, preferably in the technology sector
