Key responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Identify and allocate resources required for project execution
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve project goals
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
• Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders and senior management
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs
• Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team

Required skills:

• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Language skills: Azerbaijani (fluent), English (fluent), Russian (good)
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite 
• Problem-solving aptitude, analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Creativity, Punctuality and Teamwork
• PMP, or Agile certification is a plus
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and Integrated Security Systems is a plus

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT, or relevant field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role, with a focus on hardware projects including IT infrastructure and Integrated Security Systems
