Key responsibilities:

• Assist in the procurement of hardware, software, and IT services in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Assist in vendor performance evaluation and relationship management to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Provide administrative support to the procurement team, including maintaining documentation and records
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand IT requirements and develop procurement strategies to meet business objectives

Required skills:

• Language skills: Azerbaijani (fluent), English (fluent), Russian (good)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to work with 1 C 8.3
• Familiarity with procurement documents
• Knowledge of IT products and services, including hardware, software, and cloud solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a procurement role within the IT industry

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration or relevant field
• Previous experience or internship in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain preferred.
