Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To promptly respond to all incoming requests on booking, change, discharge, or cancellation of flights.
  • To keep the customers informed about the implementation of the order in respect of the documents required for booking and checkout.
  • To be able to work with bonus cards of the customers ("miles card" etc.), to book and issue tickets, and accrual of miles card bonuses.
  • To carry out group booking inquiries with airlines, monitor deadlines, and timely implement the purchase of air tickets for the group.
  • To work with the key customers of the company.
  • To check all the channels for customer requests several times every day.
  • To involve colleagues in concerned areas in case of customer questions about hotels and visas.
  • To assist colleagues in the event of operational problems in working with customers.
  • To comply with the confidentiality requirements about the travel routes and personal data of the customers.
  • To analyze and classify customer complaints.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field (or equivalent training/experience).
  • Minimum 2 of years of professional ticketing experience (mention whether it should be in a related industry or specific type of sales).
  • Proficiency with a Amadeus and Galileo.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Professional attitude and appearance at all times.
  • Fluent in Russian and with a good working knowledge of English / Verbal and written communications skills.
