Job Description
We are looking for experienced and talented Male/Female Call Center Executives.

Major Responsibilities:
• Responding to customer inquiries, complaints and suggestions as per the defined processed guidelines
• Provides Support to customers over emails and phoneing Pre and Post Sales
• Performing customer verification using company provided software tools
• Proofreading content before it goes Live over the website
• Following-up on missing information by the users & vendors
• Dealing directly with customers over the phone and via e-mails
• Keeping records of details and inquiries of customer complaints and take action accordingly
• Creating and maintain warm & strong client relationship by assisting them in using our products
• Exceptional communication skills both Oral & Written in English & Azeri are a MUST!

Skills & Experience
• Confidence, to present and explain ideas
• Very detailed oriented
• Ability to work around multiple projects
• Knows how to meet short timelines
• Must have at least 2years experience from a Telco
• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
