Job Description:

Existing position considers combining of several key functions within one of the Rocket-Internet e-commerce brands in Azerbaijan. The role requires a reliable personality type, with heightened sense of responsibility. A successful candidate has to demonstrate confidence to take independent decisions and should have understanding of the big picture of the company.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Lead all operational functions of the company
• Ensuring and controlling overall office discipline
• Managing of procurement activities in close coordination with top management
• Taking initiative on requests and inquiries of administrative nature
• Preparing and controlling of administrative budgets, management accounting, cash-flow and variance analysis
• Overseeing organization’s financial activities in close coordination with outsourced third-party agencies
• Lead marketing activities to fuel growth of the company by co-branding and collaborating with different companies in various sectors
• Helping Country Manager with executing seamless integration with different vendors and business partners

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years relevant work experience on administrative and HR positions, combined with basic understanding of financial management principles.
• High sense of responsibility
• Very attentive to details
• Strong team player
• Multitasking and time management skills
• Must be fluent in spoken/written Azeri and English. Russian is a plus
• Enthusiastic, energetic, results oriented
• An MBA degree would be a plus
• A go-getter mentality, who believes that winning is everything in life
