Head of Operations (E-Commerce)

Responsibilities:

• This position reports directly to the MD and will be responsible for managing the core operations including; product (website), marketing, invoicing/collection, internal audit and customer service.
• Provides the leadership, vision and management necessary to ensure that the company achieves its mission, grows its business and provides exceptional services, focusing on both growth and operational efficiencies.
• Ensures the planning, development, implementation, expansion, monitoring and evaluation of the services and projects.
• Provides leadership and management that supports the mission and core values.
• Develops and establishes operating policies consistent with the executive managements policies and objectives and insures their adequate execution.

Skills:

- Technical/IT Higher University background
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT/Telco/Sales/Finance
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Management role
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in Azerbaijani and English. Knowledge of Russian is an advantage
