Chief Operating Officer (MBA)
We are looking for hiring a COO for an upcoming E-Commerce company under Rocket Internet’s portfolio.
Responsibilities:
• Mainly responsible for managing the core operations including logistics, call center ops, marketing, sales and customer service.
• Provides the leadership, vision and management necessary to ensure that the company achieves its mission, grows its business and provides exceptional services, focusing on both growth and operational efficiencies.
• Ensures the planning, development, implementation, expansion, monitoring and evaluation of the services and projects.
• Provides leadership and management that support the mission and core values.
• Develops and establishes operating policies consistent with the executive management’s policies and objectives and insures their adequate execution.
• Plan and Execute marketing strategies that could revolve around Digital, BTL, Print and other offline channels
• Roll out all PR related activities and know how to develop strong PR presence for the company in the market
Requirements for the candidate:
- Minimum education: MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Finance
- Must have a proven track record of managing diverse teams and handling legal issues
- Should have experience from an MNC/Banking or Consulting background
- Must be fluent in spoken/written English and Russian
- Very flexible and friendly personality with exceptional presentation skills
- A go-getter mentality, who believes that winning is everything
