Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Strategist is responsible for the successful management of digital strategy of one of the Rocket-Internet e-commerce brands in Azerbaijan. The role requires an innovator, a trendsetter, and a progressive thinker who can connect digital to all other aspects of Azerbaijan business environment and drive growth opportunities. The Digital Marketing Strategist answers key questions such as how brand is communicated and experienced through digital interactions, and how digital interactions fit into broader customer experiences.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Development of company’s digital media strategy
• Defining of online target audience and mindset modes
• Tracking and projecting AZ Internet trends, competitive analysis, and identifying market opportunities
• Running company’s social media accounts and promoting company business through all possible online channels
• Administration of local website, in close coordination with the Head Office technical support team
• Cooperating with key team members, clients and vendors

Skills & Requirements:

• Must have a proven track record in digital media world
• Strong interest and knowledge in technology
• Candidate must have experience in managing CPC/CPM based campaigns on google and facebook advertising network
• Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal teams and business groups, including creative, media and technical delivery specialists.
• Must be fluent in spoken/written Azeri and  English. Russian is a plus
• Strong team player

• A go-getter mentality, who believes that winning is everything in life
