Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with clients by phone, through email and face-to-face to ensure their needs are understood and addressed
  • Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers
  • Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure they fulfill all customer requests
  • Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the clients desires
  • Acting as the clients representative in a firm to ensure their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience
  • Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs

Requirements and skills:

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Sales or Telecommunication;
  • 3+ years’ of direct sales / account management experience in IT companies (software, data analytics) or similar companies
  • Demonstrate the ability to develop new business models for customers with new technology;
  • A proven track record of building long-term relationship with major accounts;
  • Ability to explore new opportunities, work out customer product competitive strategies and competitive plans;
  • Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing, etc.);
