Microsoft Solution Partner in different areas is currently looking for team members to support ongoing Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations implementation. The main role is to collaborate with the customer side business heads (HOD)- understand the existing business needs, advise the best industrial practices which meets their needs, document them in Business Requirement documents, align knowledge of business requirements with rest of the functional team members, to assist the technical team in the designing, building, and maintaining required customizations and participate in teamwork. 

This position does not require prior D365 experience, however understanding of ERP architecture and prior experience in ERP implementations is a huge advantage. 

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Finance.  
  • In-depth knowledge of finance and accounting principles, processes, and best practices is essential. 
  • Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, cost accounting, and compliance requirements. 
  • Creation and review BRDs for the requirements.
  • Solid documentation skills especially Functional Requirement Mapping Documents.
  • Provide estimations for proposed solutions and deliver solutions for business.
  • Perform technical development, customization, Reports, Workflows, Entities
  • Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be willing to travel outside city/country of residence to carry out projects.
  • Understanding of workflows, User Security
  • Excellent Excel and Data Manipulation skills
  • Basic knowledge in Supply Chain
  • Prior Consultancy Experience (big 4 or similar). 
  • Prior experience in ERP implementations.
