Flour Sales Team Leader is responsible for acquiring new customers, driving the sales growth of the company's products, managing key accounts, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out the sale of the company's main products (flour, bran, cereals etc.) to industries, legal entities, organizations, private individuals, and farmers.
- Oversee all sales activities with the assigned portfolio to achieve sales objectives.
- To achieve sales target and monthly KPI set by the Management.
- Follow-up of existing and potential customers in the sector, generating leads to the portfolio.
- Contact with new and existing customers through regular visits, phone calls and emails.
- Research and identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers’ requirements, products, and services or new ways of reaching existing markets.
- Documentation of the sales process and monitor through the system.
- Solve technical problems in the sales process.
- Monitor and report on sales performance analytics such as sales volume, revenue, and market share to evaluate success and identify areas of improvement.
- Report sales data weekly, monthly, and yearly schedule to the management.
- Offer guidance and coaching to new employees during the onboarding process.
- Coach and monitor sales team in their day-to-day activities by providing guidance and resources needed for the team.
What we want you to:
- At least 5 years sales experience, preferably in bakery, confectionery, or industrial manufacturer related products.
- Working experience in production line or manufacturing before will be an advantage.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
