As the Head of HR, you will oversee the overall HR performance, advancing the people agenda and ensuring the smooth vertical and hierarchical integration of all HR initiatives, policies, and procedures. This leadership role encompasses various facets of HR, such as strategic leadership, talent management, employee relations, HR Information Systems (HRIS), compliance, and policy development. Additionally, a substantial portion of HR operations falls under your purview. Your responsibilities extend to steering the organization's HR landscape, ensuring coherence, efficiency, and compliance across the entire spectrum of HR functions.

What we want you to have:

  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role (up to 5 years) 
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Possessing an HR qualification, (e.g. CIPD) is advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment legislation, and industry best practices
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, lead and implement strategies aligned with organizational goals;
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to details.
