Candidate Requirements:

  • Just graduated from University
  • Relevant experience is preferable            
  • MS office skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities
  • Knowledge of languages (Azerbaijani, English)

Job responsibilities include, not limited to:

  • Maintaining employee records (soft and hard copies)
  • Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
  • Processes required paperwork for employee transfers, changes in job classification, salary increases, and other related employment matters.
  • Assisting with onboarding, including processing new hire paperwork, requesting IT access and equipment
  • Assist HR Team in the day-to-day HR administration and lifecycle-related activities
  • Assisting through conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and other sensitive employee relations issues
  • Carry out tasks and projects assigned by the HR team and prepare reports according to requirements;
  • 1C experience is preferable
