Work location: Gadabay office, Azerbaijan

Work schedule: 22 working days, 9 rest days

Employment: Full-time

Candidate Requirements:

  • University degree
  • Competence in MS Office applications,
  • Preferably experienced in purchasing
  • ERP experience is preferred.
  • Verbal communication, persuasion and negotiation skills, analytical thinking open to improvement.
  • Prone to teamwork, problem solving ability, solution and result oriented.
  • Able to keep up with intense work tempo.
  • Fast and result-oriented
  • Good knowledge of Azerbaijan and English languages.

Job responsibilities include, not limited to:

  • Being responsible for purchasing all materials and services needed from general purchasing items such as business auxiliary materials, administrative materials, spare parts, hardware, and service purchases under the most appropriate conditions in terms of quality, price, logistics, and technological competence
  • Ensuring that purchasing activities are followed in accordance with company procedures and targets
  • Making cost analyzes for the requested products and materials and ensuring that market conditions are followed through comparison analyses.
  • Analyzing supply processes and working to reduce total purchasing costs
  • Collecting samples of the products to be purchased and presenting them to the relevant administrative team for evaluation
  • Receiving offers from suppliers and carrying out delivery processes
  • Creating a supplier portfolio and researching alternatives for the purchasing transactions for which he/she is responsible.
  • Ensuring necessary communication and coordination with company units in purchasing processes
