Responsibilities:
Legal Compliance:
- Maintain knowledge of Azerbaijani Labour legislation, ensuring the company's full compliance with all legal requirements.
- Prepare HR reports as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with local legislation and company standards in employee HR files, payroll, and benefits processing.
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute HR strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Manage the full talent acquisition cycle, from demand planning to onboarding, for positions below CXO levels.
Human Resource Development:
- Design and implement programs for continuous employee development, ensuring a skilled and adaptable workforce.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Internal Communication and Performance Management:
- Coordinate internal communication for the staff.
- Lead the performance management process, fostering a high-performance and continuous learning culture through education, support, and guidance.
People Decisions and Advice:
- Provide expert advice on all people decisions, including promotions, transfers, and compensation adjustments.
- Conduct and participate in wage and salary surveys.
Employee Relations:
- Manage employee relations activities, offering advice and counsel on personnel issues.
Expatriate and Visitor Compliance:
- Advise and maintain records to ensure compliance with laws for resident expatriates and visitors.
Policy Development:
- Direct the interpretation and application of established human resources policies.
- Develop and recommend new policies to meet the organization's evolving needs.
Team Leadership:
- Direct HR and Admin groups to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Bid and Proposal Support:
- Provide support for bids and proposals as required.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Extensive experience in HR management, with a strong understanding of Azerbaijani Labour legislation.
- Experience in designing and implementing human resource development programs.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyse data, prepare reports, and make informed decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.
