Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

As a contracting specialist, you will be responsible for managing contracts, from initial negotiation to final execution. You will work closely with various departments within the organization, as well as external parties, to ensure that contracts meet legal, financial, and operational requirements. This role requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of contract law and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate yearly contract rates with key suppliers (hotels, transportation, etc.)
  • Update information about price, promotions, conditions from suppliers to related departments / systems.
  • Support Sales department to help improve conversion rate of proposal confirmation and improve PASHA Travel’s competitiveness!
  • Analyze market trends (in relation with related departments) to expand database of hotels/suppliers accordingly.
  • Support on Contracting Strategy plan and implementation.
  • Participate actively in local networking.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, contract management, procurement, or related field.
  • Proven experience in contract management, procurement, or related field
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
