Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Economics;
Experience:
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated excellence thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English,Russian and Azerbaijani languages
- A good understanding of recruitment platforms and tool
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Formulate and implement recruitment strategies aimed at attracting and securing top-tier talent for a variety of roles.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and explore innovative approaches to target the desired candidate pool effectively.
- Manage assessments and screening calls with candidates.
- Advertise vacancies onto job boards within company guidelines.
- Source candidates via social media, job boards, cv searching and network.
- Coordinate each stage from initial application through to offer of employment.
