Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Economics;

Experience:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience 
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated excellence thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in English,Russian and Azerbaijani languages
  • A good understanding of recruitment platforms and tool

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Formulate and implement recruitment strategies aimed at attracting and securing top-tier talent for a variety of roles.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and explore innovative approaches to target the desired candidate pool effectively.
  • Manage assessments and screening calls with candidates.
  • Advertise vacancies onto job boards within company guidelines.
  • Source candidates via social media, job boards, cv searching and network.
  • Coordinate each stage from initial application through to offer of employment.
