Job Summary:

One of our start-ups is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Telesales Specialist to join  our venture studio!

Candidate requirements:

• At Least 1 Year of Work Experience in The Sales Field
• Bachelor's Degree in Any Major
• Proficiency in Azerbaijani and Russian languages
• CMS Office
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide information to customers through calls and about the application;
• Identifying customer needs and providing advice on implementation;
• Conducting a conversation according to the provided scripts;
• Registration of requests during the call;
• Updating the customer base after each calls;
• Obtaining a high conversion rate of customer contacts;
• Registration of call results;
• Establishing communication according to Customer Service Standards;
• Sales to customers interested in existing products.
