Job Description:

  • Administration and implementation of program strategies, adapting processes and procedures
  • Supporting the management of the program
  • Administrative support to the program
  • Facilitation of knowledge building and knowledge sharing
  • Analyzing, tracking, and monitoring the progress of startups
  • Support day-to-day coordination of the program, including sessions, workshops and events
  • Assist with startup scouting, screening, and tracking their weekly progress
  • Maintain program documentation, reports, and communication across Google Workspace
  • Coordinate communication with startups, mentors, and partners

Requirements for the candidate:

  • Background in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related fields (preferred)
  • Understanding of startups, scouting, and early-stage ecosystems
  • Strong communication skills in Azerbaijani and English
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with tools like Sheets, Drive, and Notion
  • Interest in innovation, venture building, and working closely with founders
  • Flexible, open, and initiative-driven team player
  • Strong sense of responsibility, a proactive attitude, and eagerness to learn
  • Motivation to work in the startup ecosystem and, ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
