Education Background:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management or Business;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in Azerbaijani, English;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Experience:
- At least 2 years demonstrated experience in project management and administration.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day details of projects, including the plan, schedule, resources, task assignments, scope, communications, and launch project initiatives;
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget by maintaining a high level of project management excellence;
- Collaborate with project team members to identify project risks and issues, and develop effective strategies to mitigate them;
- Report regularly to project stakeholders and leadership on project status, schedule, and delivery details, ensuring risks are appropriately documented and escalated in good time;
- Focus on achieving business results by effectively managing a variety of additional projects that contribute to the company's success.

- Must be extremely organized, self-motivated and capable of thriving in a rapidly changing environment while managing constantly shifting priorities;
