Responsibilities:
- Financial analysis including monthly management reporting with explanation of results, identification of trends in financial performance, and recommendations for improvement;
- Conduct budget vs. actual analysis to assess the organization's financial performance against set targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data for reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
- Preparing reports for senior management presentations for the board of directors, ad-hoc analysis;
- Develop short and long-term cash forecast schedules to aid in financial planning and liquidity management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or Statistics.
- 2-4 years of experience of similar experience
- Advanced knowledge of Azeri and English. Russian is advantage
- Interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both verbally and written
- Strong financial modeling and financial analysis skills.
- Research, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- ACCA, CFA or any other equivalent Certification is a plus.
