Job summary:
As an HR Generalist at Agro Dairy, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to our employees and management team. You will play an important role in maintaining a positive work environment, managing Human Capital related programs and projects, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work culture.
- Administer and track employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and similar.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Conduct training sessions on various HR topics for employees and managers.
- Assist in performance management activities, including goals/objectives/KPIs setting and performance appraisals.
- Participate in HR compliance audits and maintain a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
- Handle employee offboarding and exit interviews.
Required knowledge and skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
- HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
Essential requirements:
- Education – Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree is a plus).
- Work experience – Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Computer skills – Proficient user of MS Office applications.
- Language skills – Azerbaijani (native), English (fluent), Russian (advantage)
