Job Responsibilities:

• Monthly reconciliation of cards, verification of account statements for cardholders;
• Daily payment preparation and verification;
• Verification of e-invoices, filling out cash order forms;
• Inputting payments into the IB and placing respective journal entries in the relevant ERP;
• Preparing accounting documents;
• Providing daily support to other team members;
• Completion of assigned tasks in monthly and yearly closing processes.

What we want you to:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field is preferred;
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and practices;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and reporting;
• Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or trends;
• Good written and verbal communication skills for interacting with colleagues and external stakeholders;
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively;
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the finance department;
• Adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality in handing financial information;
• Relevant Internship experience or entry-level accounting roles can be advantageous.
