Caspian Investment and Development Corporation (“CIDC Baku LLC”) is embarking on a major project in the production of fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) and the production of raw materials to facilitate this strategy with the development of a new plant.

Following successful commencement of Production the Baku based state of the art manufacturing works requires the assembly of a project team with high skill, proven potential and the ability to drive the vision of CIDC. 
 
We are currently seeking a Project Planner to join our Company.

The duties will include (but not limited to):

• Responsible for the Construction project planning, time plan and deadlines,
• Take part in the Construction meetings as well as all negotiations of contract- and project- works to be able to make the overall planning expedite and coordinate the works, in strong cooperation with the Civil/Construction Engineer, Process, and Maintenance Supervisors.
• Taking part in the periodical (weekly) project meetings, and keep record of the minutes and follow up actions.
• Coordinating and communicating with internal project group members, contractors, machine suppliers during machine production, transport and installation, concerning the progress of the works.
• If needed initiate corrective actions, or informs the project management to take corrective actions to expedite works to keep the project plan.
• Will be the main intermediary for all consultancy technical experts, main contractors and sub-contractors, process equipment installers for timing and planning issues.

Requirements:

• University education in Mathematics or Applied Mathematics,mechanical, electrical, civil or Industrial engineering
• Minimum 3-5 years of practical experience in project planning, or similar works during the construction projecy period.
• Fluent in English, Azeri and Russian
• Experience in MS Project,Primavera P6 or other project planning software, experience in or other design softwares.
• Strong MS Office skills and AutoCAD.
