Caspian Investment Development Corporation (CIDC Baku LLC) is the leading quality manufacturer of hygiene products as baby diapers, household tissue products, and industrial/commercial tissues in Azerbaijan and the Caspian region.

Following successful commencement of production the Baku based state of the art manufacturing works requires the assembly of a highly motivated team with skills, proven potentials and the abilities to drive the vision, mission and values of the Company. 

We are currently looking for a Junior Lawyer to join our Company.

The duties will include (but not limited to):

• Being responsible for all corporate legal matters concerning Production Industry
• Preparing all contractual documentations and official letters/statements
• Keeping contact with the different local authorities and governmental organization for Legal issues
• Representing the company in ensuring the efficient handling of all contractual negotiations
• Assisting HR, Procurement and Marketing departments on required legal matters.

Requirements and skills for this position:

• University degree in Law
• Minimum one (1) year of experience (preferably in Legal Services firms)
• Good level of business communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English, Azeri and Russian
• Strong knowledge of MS Office
