Job responsibilities:

  • Ensures the organization and implementation of procurement of goods, works and services for the various departments of the company based on the Procurement policies and procedures;
  • Understanding the entire supply cycle and the ability to control it (including control over the fulfillment of delivery dates);
  • Organizes the development of price quotation documentation on the basis of the Procurement Policies and Procedures, finds potential suppliers, sends out bid invitations, informs tender committee members about the results and implements all relevant procedures;
  • Finding suppliers that have certain certifications, accreditation, and insurance, along with a steady stream of materials that fit within budget restraints;
  • Analyze industry and demand trends and support senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies;
  • Preparation and submission of documents and additional information necessary for customs purposes to the customs authorities;
  • To ensure documentation is in compliance with relevant legislation and goods are customs cleared in timely;

Required Background, Skills and Knowledge:

  • Higher education;
  • Min. 3 years of proven work experience in a similar position;
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, Russian languages (both verbal and written);
  • Have good communication, coordination, negotiation and interpersonal understanding skills;
  • Ability to work as part of a team;

Conditions:

  • Schedule: Full-time work, Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00;
