Requirements:

  • Relevant work experience;
  • A creative problem solver and analytical thinker;
  • Technically savvy and able to pick up new tools quickly;
  • Medium level knowledge of Excel;
  • Detail oriented;
  • Communication Skills;

Responsibilities:

  • Developing projects and working with partners for the development of the loyalty program;
  • Implementing Loyalty program projects with IT, ERP, E-commerce and other structures;
  • To resolve technical inquiries related to the loyalty program or to cooperate with other structures for their resolution;
  • Develop a technical solution to extend customer benefits;
  • Preparing reports on the loyalty program;
  • Prepare proposals for improving customer retention and other loyalty KPIs;
