Administrative Tasks:

  • Prepare a content calendar for IDDA's social media accounts and schedule posts according to specific dates and times;
  • Respond to comments, inquiries, and messages on various social media platforms;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.

Content Creation:

  • Write compelling and engaging content for social media channels;
  • Create engaging scripts for our brand’s Reels and TikTok videos;
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms;
  • Conduct research to identify trending topics and create relevant, informative content;
  • Optimize content for search engines to improve organic visibility and traffic;
  • Monitor and analyze post performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization;
  • Edit and give feedback engaging video content, including reels and short-form videos for social media;
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in video editing and production.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in digital content creation, copywriting, social media management, or a similar role;
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt to different tones and styles for various target audiences;
  • Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines;
  • Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Youtube and LinkedIn, and a deep understanding of best practices for each platform;
  • Collaborative mindset, creativity, and a commitment to producing high-quality work that aligns with IDDA's mission and values.
