Job summary:

  • This position is responsible to support HR department with a variety of general administrative and personnel-related administrative tasks.

Job duties:

  • Perform administrative work, including scheduling, maintaining files;
  • Enter and update Medical checkup data into computer database;
  • Assist with notary issues;
  • Compile reports and spreadsheets;
  • Answer telephone calls and provide needed information;
  • Organizing and maintaining personnel records
  • Updating internal HR databases
  • Preparing HR documents
  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Revise company policies
  • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
  • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
  • Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
  • Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)
  • Other duties required by Line Manager
  • Accurate personnel data record to ERP system
  • Keep HR, payroll documents on place and accurate
  • Keep confidentiality

Requirements:

Experience:

  • 2+ years’ related administrative experience;
  • Previous experience in HR will be considered as an asset;
  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
  • Experience with HR software, like SAP

Language skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of Azerbaijani & English
  • Good knowledge of Russian 

Technical skills:

  • Any knowledge of Human Resources policies and guidelines will be considered as an asset.
  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws

Equipment skills:

  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
  • Experience with office equipment 
  • Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
