Requirements:

  • Having either an international certificate or diploma in HR,
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in Talent acquisition and Resourcing,
  • At least Intermediate level English.
  • Work experience in well-established organizations is a must.

Duties:

  • Involvement in workforce planning and determination of workforce needs
  • Selection of appropriate recruitment strategies and search for candidates to meet employee needs,
  • Choosing and applying the right selection methods
  • Participation in the preparation of recruitment procedures
  • Leading the recruitment team

Salary: 1700-1900 AZN Net
