Requirements:
- Having either an international certificate or diploma in HR,
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in Talent acquisition and Resourcing,
- At least Intermediate level English.
- Work experience in well-established organizations is a must.
Duties:
- Involvement in workforce planning and determination of workforce needs
- Selection of appropriate recruitment strategies and search for candidates to meet employee needs,
- Choosing and applying the right selection methods
- Participation in the preparation of recruitment procedures
- Leading the recruitment team
