Requirements:

  • Higher education in accounting, finance or tax law
  • More than 4 years of work experience in a related field related to taxes
  • Knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages at the level required by the profession
  • To have a high level of ability to use MS Office and MS Excel programs
  • Knowledge of SAP software

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conducting tax monitoring in accounting operations to ensure proper calculation of taxes.
  • Calculation of taxes, preparation of all tax reports according to local tax legislation and timely submission to tax authorities.
  • Income tax, VAT, property tax, etc. such as preparation and submission of tax reports.
  • Correspondence with the Ministry of Taxes and tax advisors regarding all matters related to taxes, answering inquiries in a timely manner
  • Verification and tracking of customs declarations
  • Preparation of tax payments for cash flow statement.
  • Reconciliation of tax calculations and payments with the tax account.
  • Computation of deferred taxes
  • Entering monthly taxes related to salaries in the company
  • Overseeing the storage of all documents related to tax accounting in accordance with the Company's document retention rules.
  • Fulfillment of other related tasks and duties given by the management.
