• Cash Flow hesabatını exceldə aparılması
• Korporativ satışlara aid kreditor və debitor hesabatının hazırlanması
• Müqavilələr, təhvil/təslim aktlarını hazırlanması
• Ödəniş vauçerlərinin yazılması və alınmış qaimələrin yoxlanması

Satış proqramında işlər:

• Reseptlərin daxil edilməsi, maya dəyərinin hesablanması və yoxlanması
• Alışların daxil edilməsi
• Qiymət və menyu dəyişikliyinin olunması
• Məhsul transferlərinin yoxlanması
• Yeni məhsulun sistemə əlavə olunması
• Baza üzrə inventarizasiyanın aparılması
• Korporativ satışların qeydiyyatı

Əsas tələblər: 

Təhsil:

• Maliyyə və iqtisadiyyat üzrə ali təhsil 

Təcrübə:

• Maliyyə və ya Audit sahəsində min 3 il iş təcrübəsi.
• İctimai iaşə sektorunda iş təcrübəsi

Professional biliklər:

• MS Office Proqramları
• 1C və digər proqramlar üzrə təcrübə və biliklər arzu olunandır

We are currently looking for Accountant (Restaurant field) to join Sinteks Group of Companies.

The role of the position:

The role of this position is to enter information on products into the database, regularly check and monitor the timely implementation of payments.

Job responsibilities:

• Making the Cash Flow report in excel
• Preparation of creditor and debtor report related to corporate sales
• Preparation of contracts, transfer/handover acts
• Writing payment vouchers and verifying receipts

Jobs in the sales program:

• Prescription entry, costing and verification
• Entering Purchases
• Price and menu changes
• Verification of product transfers
• Adding a new product to the system
• Conducting an inventory on the base
• Registration of corporate sales

Main requirements:

Education:

• Higher education in finance and economics.

 Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance or Audit.
• Experience in production accounting in the catering sector is desirable.

Professional knowledge:

• MS Office Programs.
• Experience and knowledge of 1C and other programs is desirable.

 Professional skills and competencies:

• Ability to think analytically
• Resistance to stress and pressure
• Attention to detail
• Management skills
