Country Level Procurement Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing Procurement Sourcing to Payment process, as one of the core members in project delivery
• Shall be responsible for sourcing and qualification of quality suppliers.
• Shall be responsible for supplier selection by formulating different strategies in different cases.
• As country Procurement Manager to deal with the long-term supplier relationship management and development.
• Work closely with the project team to monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery issues, support in managing the deliverables
• Participate in the early involvement of procurement in key sales projects, support project bidding, execute bidding strategies, and assist in developing the implementation and achievement of subcontracting resource assurance solutions for key projects.
• Any other task(s) that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Sense of responsibility, result oriented and team spirit
• Bachelor degree or above in business administration, engineering or any related field of study from a recognized university.
• Minimum 3 years procurement experience, multiple task handling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent negotiation & communication skills, and related system skills
• Knowledge on products, technologies, and project management within the ICT industry is an added advantage
• Fluency in both English and Russian are essential, other language(s) is an added advantage
• Good in logic, be able to present, convince and influence with reasoning and work output with quality
• Be familiar with market benchmark, be able to analyze the competition status and trend, understand basic international and local laws and regulations etc.
