Successful candidate should correspond the following requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in hospitality and/or similar field;
- Higher education
- Good organization and time management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
- Professional PC user (OPERA PMS will be advantage)
Job responsibilities:
- Generate new business, close deals and increase revenue;
- Identify new business leads by examining local market trends and competition activities;
- Establish and grow market share by developing and maintaining relationships with major groups
- Prepare department budget as well as the hotel's overall sales goals and strategy
- Represent hotel at various industry tradeshows, conferences, exhibitions and so on
