Job description will be as follows:
- To create different marketing and social media campaigns and strategies.
- To ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various hotel department members, including advertising and brand standards.
- To provide training and guidance to social media and marketing team members on social media implementation best practices and strategies
- To collect customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
- To grow and to expand Hotel’s social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook and Instagram
- To increase business/occupancy through establishing and maintaining good relationship with a number of clients, working to meet sales targets
- To develop and maintain new business wherever possible from identified market segments and sources of business
Successful candidate should have:
- Relevant experience in hospitality field (preferably in hotel industry)
- Higher education
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organisation skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Advanced level of English language
