Successful candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Higher education (engineering / technical);
• Work experience in relevant field, preferably with hospitality background;
• Strong leadership and communication skills;
• Excellent technical knowledge (in terms of understanding of drawings/schemes, etc.)
• Appropriate certificates will be an advantage  

Chief engineer will be responsible for:  

• Managing all hotel assets, including maintenance;
• Leading engineering team, as well as developing, appraising and motivating personnel;
• Representing engineering team at all meetings/briefings;
• Planning, prioritizing and scheduling daily/monthly/quarterly maintenance tasks;
• Ensuring proper record keeping for hotel inspections;
• Holding and preparing the budget for engineering department
