Job description will be as follows:
- Fully understand all internal control procedures of the company
- Ensure that all orders placed by Procurement department are in accordance with company SOP
- Monitor stock level in each warehouse and analyze slowly moving goods
- Checking the report and documentation of received goods on a daily basis
- To ensure that the procedure and time set for the delivered goods are followed
- Prepare monthly Food and Beverage expense report and deliver to Hotel Management
- To do market research, spot checks at sales points and warehouse
Successful candidate should have:
- Relevant experience in hospitality field
- Higher education
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Advanced user of ERP systems (MICROS, 1C)
