.Responsibilities:

  • Accepts and executes procurement requests as per company's procedures
  • Market analysis, research of required materials in local and foreign markets
  • Provides company with required fertilizers, pesticides, materials, raw materials and equipment
  • Checks the quality of the purchased products
  • Considers potential quality problems together with the requestor and takes necessary measures to correct defects
  • Maintains the submission of quality certificates for relevant goods
  • Conducts business correspondence and negotiations with suppliers
  • Maintains price research, RFQ and tenders in accordance with the company's procedures
  • Develops and implements programs to reduce the cost of purchasing goods and services
  • Investigates potential suppliers to determine, if they meet the specified

Requirements:

  • Excellent negotiation, customer service and consulting skills
  • Minimum 3 year working experience in a clerical setting or in purchasing
  • Strong market knowledge and experience in working across various functions, businesses and regions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Skills in mathematics, finance or accounting.
  • Deep understanding and professional experience with Purchasing Contracts

Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply management, or high school diploma
