Responsibilities:
- Preparing of financial statements and supporting schedules on a monthly basis,
- Preparation annual budgets, quarterly reforecasts and monthly financial reporting packages of operational units.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes including developing financial targets,
- Report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances.
- Coordinate internal reporting and development of management reporting and analysis of the Division`s financial and operating performance.
- Implementation of Lease contract management database system.
- Preparation, review and approve of the annual rents and related service/other charges,
- Support of day to date operations of the Company
- Overall responsibility of the receivables management process of rental areas
- Commercial rental calculations and proposals
- Oversee and manage the pre-opening budget and feasibility studies of the new investments
- Capital contributions payments and administration.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in areas such as finance, profitability, budgeting, financial analysis, and management.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, procedures, and standards, along with practical experience applying them.
- Ability to analyze financial information, solve problems, and demonstrate strategic planning skills
- Supportive, organizational, and team management skills, leadership potential, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Personal qualities:
- Responsible, organized, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Ability to analyze information, creatively solve problems, and generate new ideas and strategies.
- Effective communication, ability to build relationships and collaborate internally and externally.
- At least 5 years of work experience.
Education: Bachelor's or advanced degree in Finance, Management, Economics, or a related field.
Language skills: Professional level of English language
