Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
  • Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees 
  • Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
  • Monitor and processing budgets/wish lists by departments 
  • Working closely with EMAS
  • Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
  • Maintenance of vacation spread sheet, follow up; calculation additional leaves as per experience, filling in and registration of sick leave bulletin
  • Guide through conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and other sensitive employee relations issues; Ensuring appropriate action to violations or complaints
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and benefits administration.
  • General knowledge employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office systems and 1C.
