Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment processes such as posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
  • Create various HR-related documents, such as procedures, job descriptions, agreements, and other related materials to ensure that HR policies and practices are properly communicated and documented.
  • Manage and implement the onboarding processes for new employees, including orientation, training, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in employee relations matters, including conducting investigations, resolving conflicts, and counseling employees on workplace issues.
  • Administer employee benefit programs ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.
  • Conduct compensation analyses to ensure competitive pay rates and manage the performance appraisal process. 
  • Calculating bonuses based on performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management as needed.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Organize and coordinate various motivational activities for staff, aimed at promoting employee engagement, job satisfaction, and team building within the organization.
  • Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and benefits administration.
  • General knowledge employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (required).
  • Good communication skills in German (desired).
